Brainspotting
Brainspotting (BSP) is a trauma-informed therapy designed to help individuals process and release deeply held emotional pain. Developed by Dr. David Grand, BSP uses eye positioning and bilateral sound to access the brain-body connection, allowing clients to work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological challenges. This innovative approach complements traditional talk therapy and has shown promise in treating conditions such as PTSD, chronic pain, phobias, and a many other concerns. During sessions, therapists guide clients to locate “brainspots” that activate healing responses. BSP offers a gentle yet powerful path toward emotional clarity and resilience, helping patients reconnect with their inner strength and well-being.
